Asked for a custom designed based on some photos that are of a special family place for my mom. Bryan and his team worked with me to make sure it was perfect and answered all the questions I had. Even reached out to confirm that no changes needed to be made before they started engraving the wood.
I ordered this box to serve as a card box at my sister in law's Memorial Service. My brother will use it to keep some of her possessions in afterwards. I had the top engraved with a quote that meant a lot to the both of them and a simple inscription inside. I am so pleased with the box and it brought my brother to tears because of not only the beauty of the box but because of the sentimental inscriptions. I think this box makes a beautiful memorial gift that will be used and cherished always.
This the second of these boxes I have purchased. One for each grandchild. i am using them as a memory box and putting in one letter a year for them to open when they are 18. Also, other memories.

Customer service was great. Responded to questions promptly. Was very accommodating to a small time frame to which we needed our purchase, and got it to us on the date we needed it by. Quality of product was wonderful. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.
