Our Biodegradable urns are made from premium hardwood, no man made wood such as plywood or pressboard! We do no apply any finish to these urns as it might delay the biodegration process and introduce unwanted chemicals into the earth.
These urns are shipped with the bottom detached and we will include wooden dowels and water based wood glue with instructions on how to place the ashes into the urn and secure the bottom.
Choose from 4 different woods: Ambrosia Maple, Mahogany, Cherry, and Walnut.
We offer plain biodegradable urns with no engraving, or boxes with design engraving where you can add your own custom text engraving to the urn.
We have two different size biodegradable urns:
Medium 8.5"L x 6.5"W x 5.5"H (Holds up to 150 cu inch of remains - approximately 150lbs before creamation)
Large 10"L x 8"W x 6.5"H (Hold up to 300 cu inches of remains - approximately 300lbs before creamation)
