  3. Radius edges on all sides. 
  4. All edges will be sanded smooth
  5. Each tread will come sanded, prepped and ready for stain and or clear finish 
  6. Treats will be picked up from our shop in West Columbia/Gaston area or we can deliver for a small fee. 
  7. The landing area will be an additional fee.  The fee will be agreed upon before starting. 
50% deposit to get wood ordered. 
Balance due when picked up or delivered to job
